Here are the steps to sign out of Netflix on a TV:
If using a Smart TV:
- From the TV’s home screen, select the Netflix app and press the options or settings button on the remote.
- Navigate to and select Sign Out or Remove Account.
- Confirm by selecting Sign Out or Remove when prompted.
If using a streaming device like Roku, Apple TV, Fire Stick, etc:
- From the home screen, go to Settings.
- Select Account and open Netflix Settings.
- Choose the Sign-Out option.
- Confirm Sign Out when prompted.
- On some devices, you may also need to go to Apps or Manage Apps and select Netflix, choose Force Stop to fully sign out.
- If your profile selection still appears on opening Netflix, you may need to unlink the device entirely from your Netflix account. You can do this from the Netflix website.
- To sign back in, simply re-enter your Netflix credentials on the TV using your remote.
